Allison Williams Foster CEO of I STYLE MANAGEMENT began dancing at the age of 4 under the tutelage of Arthur Mitchell and Karl Shook. She was one of the first 12 students to start The Harlem School of the Arts. Harkness Ballet, NY School of Ballet, and Dance Theatre of Harlem were the foundation for Allison’s dance career. At age 9, Allison became a principal ballet dancer for the Harlem School of the Arts, a resident Dance Company. Ms. Williams Foster worked at the Metropolitan Opera at the age of 9, as an Usherette for Opera Divas, Marian Anderson, and Shirley Verrett. She joined AFTRA (American Federation of Radio and Television Artists) at age 11, for her vocals on the original theme song for "SESAME STREET”. By the time she was 13 yrs. old Allison joined Tony Award Winner George Faison’s dance company, "Universal Dance Experience", alongside Debbie Allen and was the youngest member of the company. At age 15 Allison was co-founder and principal dancer of Kinetic Energy Dance Company, with the late Kevin Austin Hunt. During her career, she has worked with many established choreographers in the U.S. and abroad.

Allison attended Professional Children’s’ School, The High School of Performing Arts and Skidmore College. By age 18, she toured with Van McCoy & The Hustle Dancers, opening for The Four Tops, Natalie Cole, Shirley Bassey, and Faith Hope and Charity to name a few. In 1977, The Grammys was Satellite from Lagos Nigeria for Stevie Wonder’s ", Songs in the Key Of Life.", in which Ms. Williams Foster was on Stevie’s International tour. Allison made her "Broadway" debut in the original Broadway hit, The Wiz as the “Tornado Eye”. Guys and Dolls, Mahalia, Dancin, Pippin, Sing Mahalia Sing, a writer, featured dancer and understudy in the Broadway hit Dreamgirls, recreated the role of “Helene” in Sweet Charity on Broadway with Debbie Allen, Ann Reinking and Bebe Neuwirth and a featured “Hunnie” in Jelly's Last Jam alongside Gregory Hines. Performances with Michael Jackson, Stevie Wonder and Liberace' are a few of her memorable
stage accomplishments.

She has appeared in both radio and Television commercials. Allison assisted George Faison in choreographing an episode of “The Cosby Show”, She choreographed “The Wiz” touring company, Ntozake Shange’s Betsy Brown and the Dreamgirls revival. Allison has modeled for campaigns such as Dark N' Lovely hair products, Parents monthly magazine and a recurring role as a singer on “One Life to Live”, and many radio voiceover commercials. She has been a featured dancer in Music videos with recording artists, Cameo and Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes to name a few.
Allison has appeared in magazines from Dance Magazine, Parents, People, Ebony, Essence to Vogue. She can be seen on the cover of Bob Fosses book “Razzle Dazzle” and a mention in his life story “All That Jazz”
Her Background vocals are recognized for artists such as, Ne-Yo, Chrisette Michele, CeeLo Green, Change (Luther Vandross) Christopher Williams, Jeff Redd, Me‘Lisa Morgan, Bobby Brown, Rick Brennan, Randy Muller of Brass Construction and GQ (Rahiem LeBlanc) traveling both nationally and internationally appearing before the King of Morocco by request, as well as studio recordings for various musicians.
In 1991-1992, as a producer, Allison brought to the stage Violinist extraordinaire Noel Pointer She then took a performance break in 1993 and opened her business with Mary Kay Inc., the #1 skincare and color cosmetics company, in the U.S. In her first year she moved to Senior Sales Director, the top 2% of the company, noting her as a top beauty consultant, speaking and representing the company in the U.S. Thousands of lives have been touched in her 20-plus years through mentoring and empowerment, earning her several prestigious Awards and the honor of 8 free Mary Kay cars.
In 2003, with a large clientele, she decided to open IMAGE STYLE & YOU, LLC, a full image consulting service. In 2005 Image Style &You LLC a beauty consulting business was born, which in 2013 evolved into I Style Models Management, an Agency which represents Models, singers, Dancers and Actors. Introducing them and giving talented ones an opportunity to build their careers from Stage and Television to film.
Allison has developed 6 seminars on etiquette and empowerment, during that time, now being taught to children in 66 libraries in the New York area and opened for Les Brown introducing her seminars.’
In 2015 The Music division of her Management opened representing Musicians, Bands and singer/songwriters. This division has allowed Mrs. Foster to submit her talents music to Music supervisors of Television and film and has afforded her an opportunity to represent talent casted on the hit Television show, “Empire” and “Power”, and American Idol to name a few.

As the founder, CEO of I STYLE MUSIC MANAGEMENT, LLC, her, belief in taking others up has motivated her to develop young talented artists. Allison not only brings innovative projects to the stage, her passion for developing artists enables her to train, groom and as a performance coach have a significant involvement in their lives with a focus on developing their style. Her ability to confidently develop talent, with patience, understanding and communication skills, makes her a dependable active force in the artists’ life.
She is currently a resident Co-Producer at The Hackensack Performing Arts Center in Hackensack, NJ. While managing her band “STUFF LIKE THAT” along with other incredible talents on her roster Allison manages to continue performing as a lead vocalist with several well-known bands.
